Register with us online by clicking the “Get Started”. We’ll ask you a few simple questions, like your price range, when you are looking to move, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you need, that kind of thing.

One of our helpful assistants will contact you within 24 hours. Using an up-to-date apartment database, we can email or text you a list of apartments tailored to meet your needs and budget. Your list will only include the apartments that match what you’re looking for, and will leave out the ones that don’t. The list could have pictures, floor plans, and pricing, along with detailed information about the property as you request.

Our database has almost every apartment not just in the Houston Metro area but also anywhere in Texas and can also contains much more detailed information than you could ever find on your own through internet search engines, like properties that are under new construction that are almost ready for move in. We have up to date information on the latest move-in specials so that we can save you precious time from searching and the frustration of calling around waiting to speak with someone or to have wait for someone at the property to call you back just to tell you about current specials and availability.

We provide all of this AND you could receive up to a $500* rebate when you move in. Letting us do the work saves you both time, frustration and gets you money!

Next, Make sure you refer us

Once you get your list, choose the ones you like the best and go tour! We can call ahead to make sure they have a unit available on the date you need to move in. Then go tour your favorites that will have available units that you like.

Before you tour an apartment, you will be asked to complete a guest card. Sometimes the leasing person will ask you questions and fill it out for you. There will be a line asking who referred you or, “How did you hear about us?” It is important you make sure your assistant’s name is listed as as your referral.

Once you find your perfect apartment and fill out a lease application, there will usually be another “Referred by” line, and again you will need to list your assistant’s name again as your referral.

Please be sure your assistants name is listed as your referral on all documents! This is how we get paid, but more importantly it’s how our service is free to you and how we pay your reimbursement gift card!

If you do not list us on both the guest card AND application, we cannot collect our commission for your referral and you will miss out on your rebate. Please let your assistant know if you have any questions about our process.

We will send you your rebate when your apartment complex pays us a commission for our work. It often take 60-90 days for them to pay us, but once they do we will send your rebate immediately. We can only offer a guaranteed $300 rebate per single 12+ month signed lease where you have listed us as the referral source and we earn a full commission. Different apartment complexes pay different Realtor Broker commission rates thus effecting the gift card amount, but we will always pay you a rebate when you sign a 12+ month lease and we are paid a commission for our work. *Reimbursement values vary from $25 to $500 US dollars in the form of a VISA gift card and are based on the level of participation the apartment complex has in the program, the lease term and amount.

Renewing? Don’t forget, its important to list us as your referral on the renewal and must notify us because some properties pay a partial commission on a renewal so you possibly could get you another rebate!
